Body Continuum is about Body Awareness
We believe in supporting people in taking time for themselves.
We believe that positive touch is self healing and each session or class that our clientele experiences improves their health and stimulates their body’s self healing processes.
We believe body awareness is preventative therapy.
We provide Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage as well as Eastern and Western Bodywork. Aromatherapy and Thermotherapy are also incorporated into our practice. We also provide skin nourishing organic body treatments. Sessions are available for as little as 20 minutes up to 3 hours in length. We offer clothed sessions or unclothed-draped sessions.
We offer massage classes on couples massage, infant massage and self massage.
We offer movement classes in yoga, body mechanics, tai chi and chi gong.
Massage relaxes your body and mind so you can release tension, feel rested, and increase energy.
Massage nourishes the skin and supports you by creating the time and space for your nervous system to rebuild and regenerate tissues.
Receiving positive touch can support you in self-healing.

Each Therapist regularly attends programs and courses on alternative healing and bodywork.
These continuing education courses help us make connections with our experiences as a practitioner to new ways of understanding and working with the body. We integrate each course into our work so we can provide a very customized and sensitive therapy for each client.
